Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Musi ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Musi ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, using our services, or accessing our Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Important: Using Musi for commercial purposes requires a separate business agreement. Contact us for more information.
Eligibility & User Responsibilities
Eligibility Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use Musi
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
- You must not be prohibited from using financial services under applicable laws
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
User Responsibilities
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (password, PIN, etc.)
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Use the Platform in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Keep your contact information current for important notifications
Voucher Usage & Validity
Voucher Characteristics
- Vouchers are non-transferable unless explicitly authorized by Musi
- Vouchers are non-refundable except as required by law
- Each voucher has specific terms, including expiration dates and usage limits
- Vouchers may only be redeemed at participating partner stores
- Voucher values are specified in Zimbabwean Dollars (ZWL) or USD
Prohibited Voucher Activities
- Attempting to duplicate, reproduce, or counterfeit vouchers
- Reselling vouchers on unauthorized platforms
- Using vouchers for illegal purposes
- Tampering with voucher codes or security features
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities to obtain vouchers fraudulently
Warning: Violation of voucher terms may result in immediate account suspension, legal action, and reporting to authorities.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use Musi for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Illegal Activities
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes
- Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
- Violation of Zimbabwean or international laws
- Funding illegal activities or organizations
Platform Abuse
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Using automated tools to abuse our Platform
- Interfering with other users' ability to use the Platform
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits or restrictions
- Submitting false or misleading information
Consequences
Musi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities without notice, report suspicious activities to authorities, and pursue legal remedies.
Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our data practices comply with Zimbabwe's data protection laws and international standards.

Payment Processing & Fees

Fee Structure

- Fees may vary based on payment method, voucher type, and amount
- Additional fees may apply for special services or expedited processing
- We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with prior notice
Refund Policy
- Vouchers are generally non-refundable once issued
- Refunds may be provided in cases of technical errors or fraud
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
Limitation of Liability
Musi is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
No Warranties
- We make no warranties about the reliability, availability, or suitability of the Platform
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party content
- We do not warrant that the Platform meets your specific requirements
Limited Damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for lost profits, revenue, or data
- We are not liable for damages arising from your inability to use the Platform
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Intellectual Property
Our Intellectual Property
- All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on Musi are owned by Musi or its licensors
- This includes but is not limited to: text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and data
- The Musi name, logo, and all related trademarks are our exclusive property
Usage Rights
- You may use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works
- You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent
- You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform
User Content
By submitting content to Musi, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content for the purpose of providing our services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Musi and its affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from:
- Your use of the Platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your infringement of any intellectual property rights
- Any fraudulent or illegal activities conducted through your account
We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of these claims.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of Musi are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution Process
- Informal Resolution: You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting our support team at hello@onlinemusika.co.zw
- Mediation: If informal resolution fails, either party may request mediation through a mutually agreed mediator
- Legal Proceedings: If mediation fails, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe
Time Limits
Any claim or cause of action arising from these Terms must be filed within one year after such claim arose, otherwise it is permanently barred.
Account Suspension & Termination
Suspension
We may suspend your account temporarily for:
- Suspicious activities or security concerns
- Violation of these Terms
- Requested investigations
- Technical maintenance or updates
Termination
We may terminate your account immediately for:
- Material breach of these Terms
- Illegal activities or fraud
- Failure to provide accurate information
- Extended periods of inactivity (12+ months)
Effect of Termination
- You lose access to your account and all associated services
- Outstanding vouchers may be forfeited
- We may retain certain information as required by law
- Your obligations under these Terms survive termination
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Changes will be effective as follows:
- Minor changes will be posted on our website with the updated date
- Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications
- Material changes will provide at least 30 days' notice before taking effect
- Continued use of Musi after changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may terminate your account before the changes take effect.
