1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Musi, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Eligibility & User Responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use Musi. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary.
3. Voucher Usage & Validity
Vouchers issued via Musi are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may only be redeemed at participating partner stores. Each voucher is subject to its own terms, including expiration dates and usage limits. Musi is not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired vouchers. Attempting to duplicate, resell, or tamper with vouchers is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or legal action.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use Musi for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, financing of terrorism, or violating any applicable laws. Musi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in suspicious or prohibited activities without notice.
3. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Personal information is handled according to our privacy policy and is never shared with third parties without your consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
Musi is provided "as is" and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or suitability of the platform for your needs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Musi and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on Musi are owned by Musi or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the platform without our prior written consent.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Musi, its affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Any disputes arising from your use of Musi will be governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.
5. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of Musi after changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
